“It is my wholehearted decision to enlist as a Bible student so I can further examine the words of God taught inside the Church Of Christ,” said Apolinario Gabatin Jr., one of the guests who attended an evangelical mission held recently by the Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga North on October 5, 2021.

On that day, brethren from the Local Congregation of Dau Homesite and Dau Ville Extension brought their friends and loved ones to their respective house of worship to listen to the words of God written in the Bible. The evangelical missions were led by ministers of the gospel, Brothers Real Asuncion and Spencer Quillayen, respectively.

During their preaching, both ministers taught Bible-based lessons about the importance of knowing and rendering the true worship and service to the one true God to be saved on Judgment Day.

Alma Alimanza, another guest, declared her interest to know more about the teachings upheld in the Church Of Christ: “I want to listen and learn about the truth and become a member of the Church because I want to be saved.”

Having understood the importance of sharing the true faith, Edel Alva, a finance officer from the Dau Homesite Congregation, said, “My family and I will remain united with the Church Administration in all the works in the Church—for the glory of God. We will continue lending a portion of our house to be a place of Bible studies.”

All attendees in both venues strictly observed health and safety protocols even as the entire province of Pampanga is placed under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ), the least strict among the quarantine restrictions implemented in the Philippines. — With reports from Jensen DG. Mañebog
