In Thailand, people are presently not allowed to use the gym and other fitness facilities, as well as jogging and walking around a park or public place to exercise due to community restrictions brought by the pandemic.

Helping the brethren be physically fit in this time of the pandemic, the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers from the Local Congregation of Rangsit, Thailand, Ecclesiastical District of Thailand conducted a physical fitness activity on June 12, 2021.

Brethren, from the comfort of their homes, participated in the said activity conducted online through videoconferencing.

Following the instructor on-screen, brethren from Buklod, KADIWA, Binhi, and Children’s Worship Service (CWS) were able to do the warm-ups and moderate exercises.

Interviewed brethren said that the activity motivated them to stay fit and healthy, not only for their physical well-being but more importantly, for them to be able to actively continue their services to God. ― With reports from INC News Section
