Gensan brethren clean coast on district’s 75th year

Wearing white shirts bearing their district’s 75th anniversary logo, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Ecclesiastical District of General Santos City, South Cotabato, on August 6, 2021, worked hand in hand to clean up the coast of Ladol, in the town of Alabel, Sarangani, Philippines.
The brethren cleared the coast of harmful and unwanted debris, which they disposed of properly. They also made sure to comply with health and safety protocols throughout the activity led by the district supervising minister, Brother Noel Bocario Sr.
“It felt satisfying being here with other brethren conducting this clean-up drive,” said Adelaida Seballos, a deaconess from the Local Congregation of Alabel. Her friend from the same congregation, Esther Gacanbo, a finance officer, added, “I united with this activity not only to help clean our surroundings. I thank the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for launching activities like this that strengthen us in the faith.” — With reports from INC News Section
