Continuing the salvation work of God in these last days, Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from two Canadian districts—Greater Toronto and Ottawa—conducted online evangelical missions on March 4, 2022 via videoconferencing. The propagational activity in Ottawa included a Sign Language interpretation of the lesson.

In the Ecclesiastical District of Greater Toronto, members of the KADIWA and Binhi organizations led their fellow brethren in inviting their family members and friends, who are not yet members of the Church of Christ, to witness the study of God’s words.

From the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Midtown Toronto, Brother Gibrl Legaspi, district edification overseer, preached the words of God. His preaching from the main site was livestreamed to various remote sites in the districts where other guests were gathered.

From the Bible, Brother Legaspi proved that it is necessary to join the true Church Of Christ to attain the promised reward of salvation. After the lesson, he encouraged the guests to continue attending the evangelical missions for them to learn more about God’s teachings upheld inside the Church Of Christ.

Meanwhile, in the Ecclesiastical District of Ottawa, the evangelical mission with sign language interpretation was actively participated in by the brethren.

From the Pointe-Claire, Quebec Congregation’s house of worship, the preaching of God’s words by Brother Melvin Ibañez, district Light of Salvation (LOS) overseer, was streamed live to various remote sites. Brother Michael Dallo, a ministerial worker, interpreted the lesson in sign language.

Brother Ibañez taught a Bible-based lesson to the guests about the importance of faithfully obeying God’s commands to the people in the Christian era, one of which is looking for and becoming a member of the true Church Of Christ. To such, he pointed out, the Bible promises God’s blessings, greatest of which is salvation when Jesus Christ returns. — With reports from INC News Section
