Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) families in the Ecclesiastical District of Italy South enjoyed the handprint art activity held on January 9, 2022. Facilitated online, the art activity sponsored by the Buklod organization gave once more a chance for parents and children to spend time together and share memories.

“We had so much fun working hand-in-hand with our loved ones designing our work of art,” Angelina Del Valle, a Buklod officer, remarked.

The brethren gathered in a virtual room where they received instructions on how to go about getting their handprints and having them displayed together. From the comfort of their homes, the brethren used various art materials such as watercolor, oil paint, and used coffee beans to get their handprints. These they then imprinted on a canvass. Through videoconferencing, brethren from various local congregations were able to see each other’s artwork.

The brethren who took part in the event are thankful to the Church Administration for allowing such an activity that helped brethren develop a stronger family bond. — With reports from INC News Section
