On December 19, 2021, the Ecclesiastical District of Hong Kong conducted a special gathering for married couples as part of the Church’s commemoration of the Buklod’s 59th founding anniversary.
Brother Arnel Trinidad, the district supervising minister, led the special gathering from the place of worship of the Local Congregation of Kowloon, which served as the host site. Married brethren from other local congregations gathered at their respective houses of worship connected to the host site via videoconferencing.
“The husbands and wives were reminded of the duties given to them by the Lord God. They were reminded of why they should make sure that they fulfill what God expects from them,” said Brother Arnel in an interview. “True Christians should possess good traits, especially married brethren, for them to become good examples to all the brethren and become responsible parents to their children.”
The attendees expressed gratitude to the Church Administration for guiding them with God’s words in leading their family in the right way of serving and worshiping the Lord God. Most of all, they praised the Almighty and promised to remain faithful in their divine election and obedient as His servants. ― With reports from INC News Section
