May 28, 2021 saw the baptism of more converts into the true faith as the fruits of the evangelistic efforts of the brethren from the Iloilo South Ecclesiastical District in the recent months.

The candidates for baptism gathered early at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Iloilo City for the final step in joining the Church Of Christ. The brethren who guided them and were instrumental in their conversion accompanied them.

In the service prior to the baptism proper, Brother Samson Otero, district supervising minister, reminded the baptismal candidates to value their Church membership through utmost obedience to God’s commandments written in the Bible to attain salvation.

Brother Jershom Pama, resident ministerial worker of Sooc Extension, said, “With the help of God, our district was blessed to have additional converts who will be with us in worshiping the true God and will have the right to receive salvation come Judgment Day.” — With reports from INC News Section
