Saskatchewan and Manitoba in Canada have been in a state of emergency because of the Covid-19 pandemic; many could not go to work and a number have lost their jobs or livelihood.

On April 18, 2020, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) extended help to the people via its Aid to Humanity program.

It was carried out under the auspices of the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation, the Church’s charitable arm.

Church officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Manitoba volunteered to hand out hundreds of relief packages filled with everyday essentials and sanitary products to their fellow brethren and nonmembers. — With reports from INC News Section
