The Ecclesiastical District of Italy North on March 24, 2023 conducted the baptism of the latest batch of prospective members who had completed the requirements of admission into the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

Brother Dyland Ramos, district supervising minister, led the baptismal service held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Milan. Citing Bible verses, he reiterated to the candidates for baptism that they made the right decision of joining the true Church Of Christ to receive the grace of salvation and urged to remain until the end whatever.

Afterwards, Brother Herbert Taguines, assistant district supervising minister, administered their oath of membership. This was followed by their actual baptism, through which they were now counted among those redeemed by the Lord Jesus Christ and received the right to the true worship of the one true God.

“One of the reasons I joined the Church Of Christ is that herein I learned who the true God is,” Judiel Dimaano, newly baptized from the host congregation, shared in an interview. “I used to believe that Christ is God. But through the biblical studies I attended it’s proven that that is an erroneous, unscriptural teaching, for the Bible clearly teaches that there is only one true God, the Father. Christ is God’s Son; He’s human in nature.”

Meanwhile, Domenico Albanese, from the Local Congregation of Milan West, expressed appreciation toward the brethren instrumental to his conversion into the true Christian faith. “Above all, I thank and praise God for counting me worthy to be among His elect,” he added. — With reports from INC News Section
