Local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Italy South had their prospective members receive holy baptism on July 30, 2022, thus, reaping the fruits of the brethren’s continuous efforts in sharing the true faith.

The assistant district supervising minister, Brother Vizar Balcita, officiated at the baptismal service held at the Local Congregation of Rome, Italy’s house of worship. During his Bible-based preaching, he reiterated to the would-be-members the profound importance of receiving baptism inside the Church Of Christ, receiving forgiveness of sin and the hope for salvation on Judgment Day. He also further encouraged the brethren, who accompanied the candidates for baptism, to continue helping actively in missionary works.

“Being able to help a person become a member of the Church is an experience that helps you, in a way, [to] remember the same path you took when you decided to join the Church Of Christ. It is a really unique experience,” said Vincent Carbonel, from Roma Ovest Local Congregation.

With the guidance of the ministers and ministerial workers, the brethren from Italy South District have remained united with the Church Administration, taking part in evangelical missions and other such activities regularly held in their respective local congregations to spread the teachings of God that the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) upholds. — With reports from INC News Section
