Since it set foot in the city of Rome, 27 years ago, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in Italy has been continuously expanding as more converts are added into its membership.

On July 30, 2021, yet another baptism of new members was conducted by the Italy South Ecclesiastical District in the country’s capital city.

Gathered at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Rome, the baptismal candidates, together with the brethren who guided and helped them throughout the process of joining the Church, first listened attentively to the words of God preached by the district supervising minister. Citing the Holy Scriptures, Brother Randy Macalinao taught about the importance of receiving true baptism in the Church which is done by means of immersion.

Afterwards, the candidates for baptism took their oath of membership, vowing to, among others, living as true servants of God and actively fulfilling all of His commands until the end for the sake of their salvation on the Day of Judgment.

Mark Joseph Vicente, a newly baptized member, expressed, “I am blessed to be baptized inside the Church Of Christ. Here, I have the hope of receiving the promised salvation.” — With reports from INC News Section
