Japan brethren strengthen bond of brotherhood through sports

Church Of Christ members from the various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Tokyo-Japan got together for a weekend of fun and sports during the INC Unity Games area edition on June 24, 2019.
Brethren from the Local Congregations of Ibaraki, Numazu, and Shizuoka came to Shimisu Town Gym to play basketball and to cheer for the players.
Though the games were competitive, the players showed camaraderie and sportsmanship, upholding the noble aim of the Church Administration in launching such activities to strengthen the bond of the brotherhood.
The Local Congregation of Namazu came out as overall winner in Basketball and Shizuoka in Volleyball and Chess. They will face the teams who won in the other areas of the district. — With reports from INC News Section
