KADIWA members from the Local Congregation of Minabuyoc, Ecclesiastical District of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija learned how to perform first aid during a seminar held at Minabuyoc Elementary School on May 21, 2021.

Brother Mejie Hidalgo, registered nurse and certified occupational health and safety officer, served as the keynote speaker. He taught the brethren the appropriate first aids needed for different emergency situations and demonstrated the right way of administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

“The activity provided us right knowledge and perception about first aid in order for us not only to avoid further injuries brought about by any … accidents but most especially to save lives. Such knowledge is important now that we are in a pandemic crisis,” said Sister Zaira Clarisse De Guzman, KADIWA congregation vice president. “I thank the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for launching activities like this. Being with our fellow youth, this activity also made us more active in our faith.” — With reports from INC News Section
