KADIWA members from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia on December 5, 2021 tried their hand at painting and drawing and afterwards sharing their work with one another online.

“Painting expresses feelings, ideas, and perceptions in life,” said Rodin Marie Bellen, a KADIWA officer. “I encourage more brethren to try painting as their hobby. They will surely love it the way I do. Their interest in arts will make them develop their skills in painting.”

The art activity challenged the attendees into coming up with their own painting or drawing of a house of worship with the medium of their choice.

“The activity aimed to help develop the skills of the brethren in arts and specifically enhance their potential in painting,” said Paula Cruz, a KADIWA officer. “The KADIWA members had fun learning to draw chapels and enjoyed bonding with their fellow members and officers.”

“We thanked the Church Administration for allowing such activity in our district,” said McDaniel Martinez, a ministerial worker. ― With reports from INC News Section
