KADIWA members from various local congregations in the Ecclesiastical District of Northern Europe attended a health seminar about eating disorder that was held online on March 20, 2022.

The resource speaker, Jonalyn Durieux, from Västerås Group Worship Service, a nurse by profession, defined what eating disorder is, its types, causes or risk factors, diagnosis and suggested treatment. She also shared with them tips on how to develop good eating habits.

“We need to be aware and knowledgeable about the proper and healthy eating habits. This is important so that we can stay active physically, and mentally, as we continually serve God, even during the pandemic,” Durieux said.

After her discussion, Durieux answered questions regarding the topic from the attendees. Some of them even took down notes for future reference and reminder. — With reports from INC News Section
