“I have learned that even though someone is mean to you, you can still be nice to them and could invite them in our worship services,” Tenyson Regino said regarding the film “David and Gregory” he watched online with fellow CWS members from the Ecclesiastical District of Mediterranean on January 30, 2021.

This was during the INC Kids Film Showing activity spearheaded by the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) district officers.

The children watched the film from their home through videoconferencing with the guidance of their parents.

The INCinema film “David and Gregory” follows the story of David, a CWS member who is at the receiving end of Gregory’s pranks at school. Gregory is David’s classmate, a nonmember. David’s patience is constantly tested but he continues to endure because he always remembers what he learned from his parents and from the Church.

The children said that, aside from such good trait, they also learned a lot of Christian values from the movie such as always praying, attending regularly the worship service, and sharing the faith with others, especially friends.

They said they were thankful to the Church Administration for the wonderful activity that gave them inspiration to be more active as Church Of Christ members. ― With reports from INC News Section
