Kids in Bangsar practice proper hygiene

The Children’s Worship Service (CWS) officers from the Local Congregation of Bangsar, Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia spearheaded a proper hygiene seminar for the young members on April 24, 2021.

Jayvee Villanueva, a registered nurse, facilitated the online seminar. He explained the importance of proper hygiene especially in this time of the pandemic. Afterwards, he demonstrated how to properly wash hands using soap, water, and towel.

“The activity aims to educate the CWS members about the importance of observing proper hygiene and cleanliness to reduce the transmission of infections especially at present with the outbreak of the Covid-19,” said Hui Mei See, a CWS officer.

Through the help of the CWS officers and the support of their parents, the CWS members were reminded of the value of regular hand washing and following health and safety protocols.

Hui Mei added, “Activities such as this remind us to all the more take care of our body as we are using our life and strength in serving our Almighty God and performing our duties inside the Church Of Christ.” ― With reports from INC News Section
