Latin America District sets up 3rd GWS in Panama

Following the approval of the Church Administration, the Latin America Ecclesiastical District leadership recently organized a group worship service in the town of El Coco in Panama.

The El Coco, Panama GWS is the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s (Church Of Christ) third in the said country; the first one is in the country’s capital, Panama City, and the second in Villa Grecia, a hamlet in Panama.

The members of the new GWS used to attend worship services at the Ciudad de Panama GWS’s place of worship, about 29 miles from their town.

On March 12, 2023, they held their GWS’s inaugural worship service in their own place of worship at 10 Valle Hermon El Coco.

Brother Juan Fisher, assistant district supervising minister, officiated at the momentous and sacred occasion, during which the El Coco brethren praised and thanked the Lord God for His blessings, which especially the establishment of their GWS.

“We thank the Lord God, and the Church Administration for the approval of this new GWS,” Brother Paul Martinez Jr., resident minister, said in an interview. “This will surely cater to the spiritual needs of our brethren here.” — With reports from INC News Section
