In commemoration of the 48th anniversary of the KADIWA and Binhi organizations, the Ecclesiastical District of Leyte East in the Philippines held a special gathering on October 31, 2021. Members of the said Christian Family Organizations (CFO) in local congregations attended the said gathering at a designated house of worship in their respective areas, namely: Tacloban City, Tanauan, Alangalang, Abuyog, Saint Bernard, Sogod, Maasin, and San Francisco.

A minister of the gospel was assigned to preach a Bible-based lesson in each of the said areas. In those occasions, the young members were exhorted to possess and uphold Christian values even in the face of trials in life.

Through the activity, the members of the KADIWA and Binhi in the district were reminded of the importance of staying active in their respective organizations as doing so would keep their faith strong and their hope for salvation secure.

Health and safety protocols in the province were carefully observed by the attendees. — With reports from INC News Section
