Held at the Polytechnic Institute of Papua New Guinea Academic Hall in Lae City, the brethren were able to invite their friends and loved ones to listen to the words of God faithfully upheld in the Church Of Christ. Brother Romeo Beltran, Australia West District supervising minister, led the preaching of God’s words from the district office in Altona, Victoria, Australia. His preaching about God’s master plan of salvation for the Church Of Christ was livestreamed to the gathered audience in Lae City.
The brethren’s efforts in inviting people to the said propagational activity were not in vain as many of the guests expressed positive feedback about the Church and its teachings. Among them was Thomas Peter, a pastor of the Lae Evangelical Church and one of three religious leaders who attended the evangelical mission.
“What I have observed today is of great effect. It’s really touching. Thank you for everything that you have done. [The Church] is a blessing to the people. To the leader of the Church Of Christ and the ministers, I would take this opportunity to say thank you to all of you.”
In an interview, Brother Edmark Velasco, resident ministerial worker, said, “The brethren belonging to the Lae City Congregation will never stop propagating the words of God to other people. We will unceasingly conduct evangelical missions to create positive impact to their lives, especially during this time of global health crisis. Most of all, for the sake of their salvation.” — With reports from INC News Section
