On July 3, 2022, Buklod and KADIWA members from the Local Congregation of Luzhu, Ecclesiastical District of Taiwan, joined efforts in conducting a coastal clean-up activity in the vicinity of Zhuwei Fish Harbor, a fishing port located in Taoyuan City, popular for its wind-swept coastline and low-priced fresh sea foods.

“Activities like this encourage us to give time to helping the community, such as raising awareness on waste management and other environmental concerns. This will pave the way for other people to know about the Church Of Christ,” said Robert Bautista, the KADIWA president.

The participants brought with them their own trash bags and went about the site of the activity to pick up garbage. They made sure that as they did so, they mindfully segregated recyclable and non-recyclable waste.

More importantly, the activity gave them the opportunity to bond with each other as brothers and sisters in faith, and to all the more prove their unity with the Church Administration.

The Luzhu Congregation holds worship services and other Church activities at their place of worship located in 2F, No. 9 Nanshan Rd., Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. — With reports from INC News Section
