A manifestation of God’s blessing on the propagational efforts of the brethren in the Ecclesiastical District of Macau, new converts were added to the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) through a baptism held on May 29, 2022. It was officiated by Brother Celestino Bacsafra, district supervising minister.

The candidates for baptism, together with the brethren who were instrumental in their conversion, gathered at the house of worship of the Macau Local Congregation. There, Brother Bacsafra, during his Bible-based preaching, reminded them of the great importance of belonging to God’s nation in order to receive salvation come Judgment Day. He exhorted the would-be members to hold on to their election by completely obeying the commandments of God.

“Despite the hindrances that came into my life, I thank God for helping me overcome them and become a member of the true Church,” she said. Lea Valerio, from the Macau Congregation, one of the newly baptized brethren, enthused.

“I’m grateful that I was baptized in the Church Of Christ,” expressed Elena Manaloy-on, among those who also received baptism that day. “I truly believe that it is God Who called me because even though there were challenges, I was able to continue attending Bible studies and worship services. I also thank the brethren who helped and guided me along the way.” — With reports from INC News Section
