KADIWA members from the Ecclesiastical District of Macau were edified in the faith as they attended a “meet and greet” activity and special gathering on November 29, 2020.

Through videoconferencing, unmarried members, 18 years old and above, participated in the activities.

The special gathering was led by Brother Celestino Bacsafra, district supervising minister. In the lecture, he emphasized through the Bible the importance of safeguarding the heart from all kinds of wickedness that can separate us from God. He also advised them to follow the example of the Lord Jesus Christ for them to attain God’s promised salvation.

In the “meet and greet” activity, KADIWA members from other ecclesiastical districts of Asia, namely, Hong Kong; Malaysia; Nagoya, Japan; Sabah; South Korea; Taiwan; Taiwan South; Thailand; and Tokyo, Japan also joined.

The activity was composed of eight virtual activity booths that catered to the interest of the brethren: Christian Way of Courting; Vlogging, Photography, and Editing; Travel, Leisure, and Adventure; Cooking and Baking; Online Kumustahan Booth; Music; Movie Review; and Sports, Health, and Wellness.

Macau’s booth was Christian Way of Courting and those who visited the online booth were guided by a minister of the gospel in the Christian way of courting in preparation for marriage.

Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers prepared educational and entertaining segments of the activity.

KADIWA members were also able to have one-on-one interaction with members from other districts while supervised by a minister.

The participants enjoyed the activity and are thankful for the Church Administration’s continuous guidance, for them to be edified in the faith, strengthen their bond of brotherhood, and be devoted in their services to God. — With reports from INC News Section
