Teens from the Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia were strengthened in their faith through the Binhi special gathering that was held on February 14, 2021 through videoconferencing.

Brother Ronaldo Lising, district supervising minister, led the study of God’s words and taught the youth the importance of safeguarding their membership in the Church, fulfilling God’s will that they uphold a Christian way of living, and abounding in their faith, love, and hope.

“We were taught to stay away from evil influences such as bad companions, so as to avoid the worldly temptations for us to ensure that our faith is safeguarded. We were also reminded to use social media responsibly, to be Christians even when we are online, and also to always honor, respect, obey, and love our parents since they are the ones who have been and will continue to guide us in every step of our life,” Christian Bautista, district Binhi president, said.

“Most importantly, we were reminded to always attend our worship services so that our faith will remain firm and steadfast and we could continue to unite with the Church Administration in all the activities launched in the Church for the glory of our Almighty Father in Heaven. This special gathering gave us renewed strength and courage to go on with our daily lives and continue on in worshiping our Lord God,” Christian added.

Brother John Romanillos, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, said, “The special gathering brought further inspiration to all the Binhi members especially during these trying times. We promise to the Church Administration, most especially to our beloved Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, that we will remain united in all the activities they launch and we will continue to oversee all the youth in our district for them to remain steadfast in their faith and in their active services to our Almighty God.” — With reports from INC News Section
