Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) members from the Local Congregation of Mansilingan, Ecclesiastical District of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, united in spreading the pristine gospel through a Pasugo distribution activity held on November 18, 2021.
While adhering to health and safety protocols, Church officers and brethren, led by the resident ministerial worker, Brother Keith Deocampo, handed out copies of the Pasugo: God’s Message magazine to their neighbors, the residents of Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
Feeling blessed to be part of the said activity, Moises Bodero, head deacon, said, “It is with great happiness to be of help to the Church Administration in the works of propagation. We hope that this will result in many people gaining understanding about the words of God that would lead them to salvation.”
Shyrell Diosana, a deaconess, stated her reason for participating in the activity: “This kind of activity is a great opportunity for me to share my faith. Through the Pasugo [magazines], many people will learn about the teachings we firmly uphold.”
“The Pasugo drive is one of the effective ways to let more people know about the true Church Of Christ. Aside from the activities we conduct in the Church, they will also know more about the fundamental teachings that we faithfully believe in,” shared Brother Deocampo.
The Mansilingan Congregation is among the 46 local congregations established in the Ecclesiastical District of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, one of the five district in Negros Island, Philippines. — With reports from INC News Section
