To help the children convey and freely express their ideas in a creative manner, the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) from the Local Congregation of Marseille, France in the Ecclesiastical District of Western Europe participated in an activity dubbed “Time to Draw” on August 21, 2021.
The kids, accompanied by their respective parents, went to the place of worship of the local congregation, as one of its halls was set up for the activity. The children went on to spend their time together drawing various figures and images and coloring them afterwards.
“The purpose of this activity was to bring together and reunite our little brothers and sisters in the Church Of Christ. In this activity, we also took the opportunity to remind them to always serve our Lord God and to always stay active and be united with the Church Administration,” said Léane Dimatulac in French, a CWS officer from the Local Congregation of Marseille, France.
She added, “We teach them to be active in the Church Of Christ so that when they grow up it will be their habit.”
Daniel Matudan, a CWS member in Marseille said in French, “I really like the activity. I also met again my brethren inside the Church.” Through his excitement and joy, he expressed, “Thank you very much Brother Eduardo V. Manalo. We love you po.”
At the time of the activity, residents of Marseille were encouraged by the government to wear masks during indoor gatherings, a rule which the brethren gladly followed. ― With reports from INC News Section
