The Church Of Christ’s work of propagation further intensifies in the Ecclesiastical District of Mediterranean, as proven by the series of baptisms it held in late August.

The holy occasions were officiated by the district supervising minister, Brother Ramil Regino, together with Brothers Ryan Magallanes and Danny Pregillana, ministers of the gospel, who baptized the new members.

The baptism on August 29 had as its main site the place of worship of the Local Congregation of Nicosia, Cyprus. From there, the preaching of God’s words was also witnessed by the candidates for baptism through videoconferencing at the places of worship of Athens, Greece Local Congregation.

Exactly a week earlier, on August 22, another baptism was conducted at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Malta.

Vital in preparing them for the last step in joining the true Church, baptismal candidates listened attentively to the preaching of God’s words. Brother Regino emphasized that as God’s true servants, it is important to live by faith and put into practice His teachings. For by doing so, they will be blessed with everything they need in this life, most especially, salvation on Judgment Day.

Among the newly baptized from Cyprus, Norma Alinso, expressed her gratitude, “I thank God for giving me a chance to be a member of the Church. I promise to fulfill my duties and share my faith to others.”

“We promise the Lord God and the Church Administration that each household, along with every individual brother and sister will remain united in the Church’s intensified efforts in the work of propagation,” said Brother Magallanes. — With reports from INC News Section
