Metro Manila South and Central KADIWA enhance leadership skills

KADIWA officers from the Ecclesiastical District of Metro Manila South gathered at the Sports Center in Muntinlupa City, Philippines to join the team building activity on January 25, 2020.

Brother Lotero Londob, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, said, “This kind of activity gives the brethren knowledge about leadership and how to handle brethren under their care.”

Emmylou Sanchez, district CFO KADIWA officer, stated, “We, Church officers, often help each other in encouraging the brethren to participate all Church activities.”

The activity brought inspiration and excitement to the attendees. It also served as bonding moments to all district KADIWA officers.

Meanwhile, the Local Congregation of Templo Central, Ecclesiastical District of Central also held a KADIWA leadership enhancement seminar and training on January 18, 2020. The young brethren in the congregation gathered at the Audio Visual Room (AVR) of the Templo Central Local Congregation to attend the activity.

They were taught the basics of how to handle problems among the brethren. They also held group dynamics and group games concerning leadership. ― With reports from INC News Section
