The last of two baptisms conducted in March 2023 by the Ecclesiastical District of Australia West, adding more new faithful who had passed the prerequisite prescribed by the Bible to becoming bona fide members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ), took place on the 31st.

The baptismal services held at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Melbourne, Victoria, during which the candidates for baptism swore the oath of membership, was officiated by Brother Romeo Beltran, district supervising minister.

The first one was conducted on March 29, 2023, which Brother Felix Santos, assistant district supervising minister, officiated at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Fremantle, Western Australia.

During the study of God’s words in each occasion, the officiating minister taught the candidates for baptism to value the divine election and hope for salvation that they were about to receive by being dedicated to their services to God inside the true Church until the end.

“I’m very thankful to God for allowing me to reach my baptism. I’m now officially a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo,” enthused Iverson Angeles, newly baptized member from the Local Congregation of Wyndham, Victoria. “I promise to Him that I will always serve Him no matter what,” he added. — With reports from INC News Section
