With God’s blessings on the propagational efforts of the brethren, more people were baptized in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) in the Ecclesiastical District of Cagayan West. The most recent of these was held on November 2, 2021 at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Sanchez Mira and was officiated by the assistant district supervising minister, Brother Abraham Carbonell Sr.

“We are truly blessed because we were able to help the Church Administration in the work of propagation. Despite the challenges, God helped us to be instrumental in bringing other people into the true Church,” said Delia Mistanza, a Church officer from the Claveria Congregation.

During the study of God’s words, Brother Carbonell emphasized the utmost importance of worship services in the lives of true members of the Church. Thus, he exhorted the candidates for baptism to prioritize attending worship services above anything else for them to remain strong in their faith and be saved when Judgment Day comes.

One of the newly baptized members, Gil Cordova recalled that he was reluctant at first in joining the Church. But as he continued examining the teachings of God, he shared, “I realized and proved that this [Church Of Christ] is the right one and the doctrines are true. So, I thank God that I finally received my baptism.”

“We will completely unite with the intensive propagation of God’s words launched by the Church Administration with a noble aim of giving praises to our Almighty God,” promised Brother Carbonell.

During the said gathering, health and safety protocols were strictly implemented. — With reports from INC News Section
