A day before the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ) reached its 107th anniversary of establishment in the Philippines, the Ecclesiastical District of Mountain States held a special gathering of Church officers, during which newly appointed ones took their oath of office.

Brother Artemio Pilon Jr., district supervising minister, officiated the sacred occasion from the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Henderson, Nevada, which served as host site. Brethren from the other local congregations joined the gathering either in their respective houses of worship or in their own residence via videoconferencing.

The Bible-based lesson delivered by Brother Pilon reminded the congregants that the Lord God would never forsake His chosen nation in these last days, the Church Of Christ, inspiring them to be devoted to their duties as they are His instruments in taking care of His people.

The Church officers and brethren praised God for adding another year for the Church and adding new members in the district. The new officers are expected to help the Church Administration in overseeing the brethren in the district and in leading in various Church works. — With reports from INC News Section
