In the Ecclesiastical District of Naga City, Camarines Sur, three organizations under the supervision of the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) jointly hosted a blood donation activity on July 12, 2022.

As a way of showing their love to their fellowmen, officers of the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS), Christian Brotherhood International (CBI), and Society of Communicators and Networkers, International (SCAN), both on the district and local congregation levels, participated in the activity.

Coordinated with the Bicol Medical Center (BMC) – Blood Bank and Transfusion Service, the blood donation drive was held at the Robinsons Place Naga events center. BMC personnel facilitated the screening process and blood collection from those who qualified as donors.

“I’m happy to participate in this kind of activity launched by the Church Administration because I know that many people would benefit from the blood that were collected,” Gabriel Carbonell, one of the donors and Naga City Congregation SCAN president, enthused.

Brother Eric Zaratan, district supervising minister, said, “The brethren in our district will not cease from uniting with the noble aim of our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, to extend our help to those who are in need.” — With reports from INC News Section
