The Ecclesiastical District of Nagoya, Japan conducted baptisms on October 27 and 28, 2022, further increasing the number of true Christians in this part of the world. These were held at the houses of worship of the local congregations of Nagoya and Imabari City, respectively.

Brother Manny Benedicto, the district supervising minister, officiated at the baptismal service in Nagoya, and Brother Herbert Lazala, the assistant supervising minister, at Imabari City.

Through the Bible-based lesson they preached, they showed to the baptismal candidates the invaluable blessings they were about to receive through their baptism and membership in the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ).

“Through the Holy Scriptures, we reminded them to hold fast their divine election until the end to have a sure hope of salvation on Judgment Day,” Brother Lazala said in an interview.

Brother Benedicto, meanwhile, said that brethren in the District of Nagoya, Japan “will further intensify the works of propagation so that more people will come to the knowledge of the truth and, by obeying God’s commands, be saved on Judgment Day.” — With reports from INC News Section
