Before the year 2020 ended, members of the Buklod Christian Family Organization (CFO) from the Ecclesiastical District of Nagoya, Japan gathered at their respective local congregations’s place of worship for a special gathering on December 25, 2020.
Other couples attended the gathering in the comfort of their homes linked through videoconferencing technology.
Hence, as they commemorated the Buklod CFO’s 58th founding anniversary through the special gathering, they were strengthened in the faith through the words of God taught to them.
The brethren said that sacred gathering was timely as they needed to be strengthened in the faith for them to be ensured that they can uphold their divine election come what may in their lives.
“The special gathering was intended for married couples in the Church for they are the ones being entrusted by the Lord God to well-establish the ways of their families,” said Brother Amante Rodriguez, district supervising minister. He officiated at the Local Congregation of Nagoya, from which the proceedings were streamed-live to various sites throughout the district.
“Buklod members should all the more be steadfast in the faith for them to lead their whole household towards the perfection of their faith and be ready for the grace that will be theirs,” added Brother Rodriguez.
In response, the brethren promised to be obedient to all God’s commands and will lead their whole household in unity with the Church Administration. ― With reports from INC News Section
