Members of the Christian Family Organizations (CFO) from various local congregations of the Ecclesiastical District of Nagoya, Japan staged the one-act play entitled “Faith, Love, and Hope” on August 12, 2019 at the Small hall of the Kariya Iris Cultural Center in Kariya City.

Despite the limited time for preparation and the distance of the participants from each other, they were still able to rehearse the play, through the use of modern technology like online videoconferencing. Only the day before the activity were they able to have their first and final pratice. That was also the first time the performers all met in person. Some traveled around eight hours just to participate in the activity.

The play, inspired by real-life anecdotes from the lives of the brethren in Japan, brought out a mix of laughter and tears of inspiration to the audience. More significantly, they were uplifted by the Christian values it conveyed.

Brother Amante Rodriguez, district supervising minister, together with ministers, ministerial workers, and Church officers supported the activity. ― With reports from INC News Section
