In preparation for the further intensified works of the Church this new year, the Buklod organization in the Local Congregation of Napoli, Italy, Southern Europe Ecclesiastical District aimed to strengthen its members’ unity and bond with one another. This they did, among others, by having virtual formal dinner together on January 10, 2021.

Through videoconferencing, the Buklod members, along with their family, participated from the comfort of their homes.

Over sumptuous meals, they had a simple but solemn program opened by Brother Mark Santiago, assigned ministerial worker of Napoli. In his remarks, he gave inspiration to the brethren, reminding them that even though they encountered many difficulties the past year, they should always be thankful to the Lord God who helped make it through all these. With God’s great love and care, he assured them, they will definitely overcome another obstacle of their life and surely finish the race in serving the Lord God.

A video presentation was played to present the greetings for the brethren’s birthdays and wedding anniversaries for the month of January. Some fun games added to the brethren’s enjoyment.

Some brethren who were away from their loved ones said they felt belongingness with the brethren.

Vicente Del Rosario Jr., Buklod Christian Family Organization (CFO) officer, said, “I thank the Church Administration for their love and concern to each one of us. They allowed such activity for brethren to strengthen the bond and faith of the brethren and most especially between husband and wife.” ― With reports from INC News Section
