The number of Church officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Mediterranean further grew as additional officers were sworn in on January 30, 2022. Brother Danny Pregillana, the district edification overseer, led the occasion via videoconferencing and also administered the oath after the homily.

Through the Bible-based lesson, Brother Pregillana reiterated to the attendees the qualities that God seeks from those whom He calls to be Church officers. He emphasized that they have been chosen by God to help the Church Administration in edifying the Church Of Christ, by leading the brethren in active participation in all of its endeavors.

With the growing number of brethren in the district, more Church officers are needed to oversee the brethren and strengthen them in the faith. The additional Church officers vowed to wholeheartedly fulfill their duties.

“I promise to our Lord God that I will obey all His teachings with all my heart and fulfill my duty as KADIWA Chairperson of Leadership and Enhancement Committee in our district,” said Rizaline Cuaresma, a newly sworn-in KADIWA officer. “I will help the Church Administration in taking care of the brethren, unite, and actively participate in all the Church activities,” she added. — With reports from INC News Section
