The newly constructed office building of the Ecclesiastical District of Isabela East was inaugurated on December 30, 2022. District supervising minister, Brother Gil Caberto, and his wife, Sister Lorma, cut the ribbon to signify the formal opening of the district’s new center of operations.

Situated next to the compound of the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Cauayan City, the three-storey edifice has 13 office rooms for the various departments such as the secretariat, edification, finance, Christian Family Organizations (CFO), technical support for video streaming (TSV), and Light of Salvation (LOS). On the third level, a conference hall can also be found.

“We didn’t expect the speed at which the new district office was completed as there still is a pandemic. There were many challenges,” said Brother Caberto who was joined by the ministers, ministerial workers, and Church volunteer workers in the district during the inaugural ceremony.

“Despite the hindrances, we were able to build the new edifice in the district with the help of our Lord God,” said Nestor Gorospe, project engineer. “Through the leadership of the district supervising minister, many brethren also showed their unity as they helped us during the construction.”

Brother Christopher Sison, assistant district secretary, said, “Because of the new district office, we can all the more be productive that would help us accomplish our respective tasks.”

“We thank the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, for allowing our district to have a new and beautiful district office. We’ll continue to do our part in leading the brethren in participating in all the activities in the Church that truly glorifies our Lord God,” expressed Brother Caberto. — With reports from INC News Section and Aa Suguitan II
