“Another group worship service [GWS] has been established, as proof of the continuous propagation of God’s words here in Fiji through which, with God’s help, many more people in this part of the world join the one true Church Of Christ [Iglesia Ni Cristo].”

This was disclosed by Brother Edgar Hernandez, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, specifically referring to the Tavua GWS, named after the town of its namesake in Ba Province, Fiji where it is located.

The inaugural worship service for the new GWS was held at the place of worship in Mahesh Kumar’s residence in Masimasi, Tavua, Fiji on January 8, 2023.

The sacred occasion was officiated at by Brother Dennis Dahunan, the supervising minister of the Ecclesiastical District of New Zealand, who in his Scripture-inspired homily, encouraged the congregants to always prioritize their worship services over anything else, since God promised to never abandon His faithful servants.

With this recent development, the district leadership expressed optimism that more GWS will rise in this island as the brethren’s efforts in propagation works continue to reap success.

Conveying their complete unity with the Church Administration in all Church works, Brother Daniel Diaz, district secretary, on the brethren’s behalf said, “Our dearest Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, continuously care for the spiritual needs of the brethren. His desire is that all members be strengthened in the faith in order to be sure of receiving salvation on the Day of Judgment. That’s why the Church continues to expand and establishes new congregations and GWS.” — With reports from INC News Section
