The new house of worship of the Local Congregation of Barangay Village, in the Ecclesiastical District of Pampanga North, was dedicated to the Almighty God on July 22, 2022 through a worship service officiated by Brother Arnel Verceles, minister of the gospel.

The 410-seater edifice is equipped with videoconferencing system, CCTV installation, an 85-inch LED TV, and a Johannus organ. It stands along Main Avenue corner Cadena de Amor Street, San Isidro, Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.

“I’m very happy that we now have a beautiful and new house of worship. We’ve prayed for this for a long time and it’s now finally happening. Praise be to God,” said Aida Flores, a finance officer, and the owner of the property where the congregation’s 200-seater former place of worship once stood.

“It’s relevant and important to build new houses of worship, through the guidance of Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, because in our time, more and more people are joining the Church,” said Brother Florence Simodlan, resident ministerial worker. “Here, in this holy place, we can render to God our worship service and ask for His blessings so that we can all the more be strengthened in our faith.”

“Since we didn’t have a permanent place of worship, we moved places to another several times. That’s why this new and permanent house of worship is vital so we can peacefully worship our Lord God,” enthused Eliseo Atienza, one of the pioneer members and the congregation’s first head deacon.

“I’m forever grateful to witness the dedication of our new house of worship. I pray to God to add more years of my life so I can still serve and worship Him,” Milagros Cortez, a choir member and also one of the pioneer members in the Congregation, expressed. — With reports from INC News Section
