On August 6, 2022, the brethren from the Local Congregation of Javellana Subd., Ecclesiastical District of Valladolid, Negros Occidental, gathered in their new house of worship for the first time to dedicate it to the Lord God for His Name and glory’s dwelling place.

Brother Dennis Almasco, district supervising minister, officiated at the special and holy gathering where the congregation’s members offered thanks and praises to God for all His goodness and blessings, including their new house of worship.

In his homily, Brother Almasco encouraged the brethren to remain devoted to their worship services amid hardships that beleaguer them. Citing the Bible, he reassured them that the strength of God’s true servants is renewed day by day as He provides them enough courage to carry on with their services to Him.

Situated in Barangay Mabini, Valladolid, the 180-seater concrete sacred edifice is equipped with a new sound system, generator, water system, and a Johannus organ.

“We are truly blessed. Seeing how beautiful our new house of worship truly brings delight to the brethren and officers here in Javellana,” said Brother Angel Tejolan, resident minister. “We will take care of it for the glory of [God’s] Name.”— With reports from INC News Section
