Codera of the Iglesia Ni Cristo Central Office’s External Affairs Office.

“My heart is filled with so much happiness and thankfulness,” enthused El Condes, a deacon in the said congregation. “Our local congregation has been aspiring for a new and bigger house of worship. God has once again proved that He does not forsake His true servants.”

Located in Brgy. Lacaron, Sibalom, Antique, the 250-seater concrete edifice was equipped with a new sound system and a Johannus organ. Constructed as well were the pastoral house, generator house, and a single-storey office building.

“We thank and praise God for providing us blessings, such as our bigger house of worship. We’re all the more inspired to stay active and united with all the activities the Church Administration launches,” said Brother Gerald R. Rogan, the congregation’s current resident ministerial worker.

Established on March of 1956, the 66-year-old Local Congregation of Lacaron has been instrumental in the establishment of three other congregations: Belison, Carmelo 1, and Rombang. — With assistance from INC News Section
