Members of the Christian Medical Dental and Paramedical Society (CMDPS) from the Ecclesiastical District of New Jersey helped out in their district’s Aid to Humanity on October 23.

Held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the charitable event was conducted under the guidance of the district supervising minister, Brother Alex Reyes.

In addition to relief packages and winter clothes, the beneficiaries also received free medical services administered by the CMDPS officers, who are doctors and nurses.

The free medical services offered included blood pressure checks, blood sugar tests, and Body Mass Index (BMI) readings, among others.

Brother Lowell Nucum, district Christian Family Organizations (CFO) overseer, said on behalf of the district: “It is a teaching of God [written] in the Holy Scriptures that, whenever we can, we should help those in need.” — With reports from INC News Section
