These gatherings, held on November 27, 2022, and on December 4, 2022, were both held at the houses of worship of the local congregations of Winslow and Elizabeth, which served as main and remote site, respectively. Church officers attended the gathering in the venue closest to their local congregation.

The special gathering held on November 27 was attended by the officers in the Children’s Worship Service (CWS) and was officiated at by Brother Reyes. During the said occasion, he reminded the attendees about their vital role in helping the Church Administration, as well as parents in the Church, in bringing up children devoted to their services to God.

Meanwhile, the special gathering on December 4 was for the finance officers in the district. Brother Rogelio Amoguis, Jr., district finance overseer, preached God’s words reminding the officers, through God’s words written in the Bible, about how delicate their duty is, highlighting the need for honesty and faithfulness.

In the said gathering, Brother Reyes, who was also present, handed certificates of recognition to finance officers who excelled in the propagation work.

The holding of special gatherings for a specific group of officers, for example, is a regular activity within the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church Of Christ). During such gatherings efforts of the officers are recognized and, more importantly, they are reminded of what God expects from those whom He placed as officers in His nation in these last days. — With reports from INC News Section
