On October 24, 2021, KADIWA and Binhi members from the Ecclesiastical District of New Jersey attended a special gathering in connection with the 48th founding anniversary of the said Christian Family Organization.
For the holy occasion, the district leadership designated the house of worship of the local congregations of Aston-Pennsylvania, Bayonne, Bergen, Elizabeth, and Winslow as venues. KADIWA and Binhi members of other local congregations in the district attended the gathering in the local congregation nearest to them. The house of worship of the Local Congregation of Winslow served as the main venue while others connected through videoconferencing.
Brother Alex Reyes, the district supervising minister, officiated the special gathering at the host site. He reminded the youth of the importance of living in righteousness as they belong among God’s chosen people and thus are children of God. He also exhorted them to remain strong in the faith.
“This special gathering has helped strengthen my faith because it showed me how our Almighty God will always stay by my side, as long as I continue my worship of him, and remain strong in my faith,” said Yana Reyes, a choir member from the Local Congregation of Elizabeth. “This special gathering shows us how the Church Administration cares so much about the youth and the Church. It wants us to grow strong and prosper under our Almighty God’s love.”
