Church officers in the Ecclesiastical District of Davao del Sur, Philippines increased in number as new ones took their oath as technical support for videostreaming (TSV) officers during a special gathering on May 9, 2021.
Brother Asterio Dedicatoria Jr., district supervising minister, officiated the occasion at the house of worship of the Local Congregation of Digos. He taught the attendees a biblical lesson concerning love for the Church duty and being active in fulfilling it. Brother Ronald Binasbas, district edification overseer, led the oath-taking of the new officers.
“Placing officers with knowledge in videostreaming equipment is useful not only for worship services, but also for online evangelical missions,” Brother Ivan Mark Baura, minister of the gospel, explained.
The new officers are expected to help in operating the videostreaming applications and devices during worship services and evangelical missions conducted online.
“I am overjoyed that the Almighty Father willed for me to take oath as a TSV officer in our congregation. I promise to treasure this duty and dedicate myself in fulfilling this,” Juniz Kate Ucan, newly-sworn officer from Digos Local Congregation, said. — With reports from INC News Section
