“This event [This is KADIWA] is the largest and grandest one we’ve organized so far,” said Ryan Iglesia, one of the district KADIWA officers from Papakura Local Congregation. “With my fellow KADIWA officers, most were my fellow CWS teacher trainees, we fulfilled our duty through our Lord God’s help. We saw how joyful the KADIWA members were and this added in strengthening them.”

Indeed, the activity “This is KADIWA” hosted by the Ecclesiastical District of New Zealand gave ample opportunity for unmarried members of the Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ), 18 years old and above, from various local congregations to gather and get to know each other better, and in the process, strengthening their bond of brotherhood. It was held at the Imperial Palace Restaurant, Auckland Central on July 10, 2022.

Throughout the program, the KADIWA members joined in several fun games prepared for them by the district KADIWA leadership. Several activity booths, including one dedicated for taking photos, all the more brought delight to the attendees.

Before the event ended, the participants enjoyed a delectable dinner while watching live performances of Iglesia Ni Cristo original music. — With reports from INC News Section
