Helping young members to be productive amidst the current lockdown in the country due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ecclesiastical District of New Zealand held art and baking activities through video conferencing on April 25, 2020.

Children’s Worship Service (CWS) members and officers from the Local Congregations of Christchurch East and Rakaia, including those in the Timaru Group Worship Service (GWS), conducted the art coloring and drawing activity. Brother Bryan Jayson Sorbito, resident minister, together with the CWS teachers and officers, spearheaded the activity. CWS members created their own “thank you” drawing to express gratitude and recognize the hard work and sacrifice of frontliners around the world in fighting the pandemic.

Meanwhile, Binhi members in the Local Congregation of Hamilton, New Zealand showcased their creativity and skill in the “Bread Baking” activity. They learned the basics of baking and then tried their hand at it. The activity was organized by Brother Jose Fuentes, resident minister, with the help of Christian Family Organizations (CFO) officers. — With reports from INC News Section
