“I appreciate the warm welcome of the brethren. I enjoyed every part of the program. I am inspired to continue serving God in the true Church Of Christ,” said Gina Sabungan, a newly baptized member in the Local Congregation of Bangsar, Ecclesiastical District of Malaysia, after attending the “Welcome, My Brethren” activity on March 21, 2022.

She and other new members, guests, doctrinal instructees, and prospective members, from various local congregations, attended the activity through videoconferencing.

“The purpose of the activity is to promote camaraderie among the brethren, old and new alike, including the doctrinal instructees and prospective members,” Brother Sonny Edic, district Light of Salvation overseer, said. “It is the ardent desire of the Church Administration to guide the brethren and would be members of the Church in serving our Lord God,” he added.

As part of the program, the attendees played interactive games and watched video performances of Iglesia Ni Cristo original music, as well as convert stories of newly baptized members in the district.

Afterwards, the officers of the Buklod, KADIWA, and Binhi organizations were introduced to them. — With reports from INC News Section
