“The thought that God, through our Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, did not forget us is truly uplifting. A proof of this is that our congregation was included among those whose house of worship underwent renovation to make it more suitable for sacred gatherings,” enthused Jade Ocot, head deacon of the Local Congregation of Noli, Ecclesiastical District of Agusan del Sur.

Brother Maque highlighted the role of the house of worship in the lives of Church Of Christ members, God’s servants in these last days, amid difficulties in life.

“We, members of the Church Of Christ, give high regard to the house of worship for it is where we conduct the true and proper worship of God; therein we also pray to Him, especially when we have problems,” Brother Lucito Manto, the district secretary, said reflecting on the biblical lesson. “On our part, we will be of help in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of all the houses of worship throughout our district.”
